• Does wpForGlass work with WP Multisite?
    • Yes it does. We’ve done limited testing with wpForGlass and Multisite installs. The key is to activate wpForGlass on a per-blog basis rather than on a network-wide basis.
  • Does wpForGlass support multiple authors?
    • Yes it does, but with limited support for author attribution. Currently, you can have multiple users posting to your blog with wpForGlass, but the plugin does not yet know which author to apply attribution to. wpForGlass defaults to the admin account to post from.
  • How long, on average does it take for a post to show up?
    • If everything is setup correctly, you can expect that images show up within a minute or two. A video post will take longer because videos are processed on Google’s servers first before being ready to download.
  • Are videos downloaded to my blog?
    • Yes they are. Videos are downloaded from Google’s servers and copied into your WordPress media directory. This is subject to change as the Mirror API evolves.
  • I found a bug, how can I report it?
    • The best way to report a bug is to go to the issues section of our github repository, and report it there. wpForGlass is open-source, so we welcome any patches that you want to submit.
  • How do I know if there is something wrong with my installation?
    • wpForGlass is extremely verbose when it comes to logging. By default error logs are saved to your webserver logs. If you keep separate logs for HTTPS traffic, you will have to check those too for specific errors related to image or video downloads.
  • How can I ask questions that you haven’t answered here yet?
    • Easy, just ask in the comments below and we’ll try to answer inline as best as possible, and integrate back here.
